The endeavor of
science should be to unfold the whole reality consisting of
consciousness and matter (purus and prakriti). The
artificial intelligence must take into its paradigm the
personality, even if it is in a dimension other than the
matter.
A holistic approach to understand reality needs the
interpretation of human civilization where cooperation
transcends competition.

Was among the group of scientists in the Indian Statistical
Institute, who indigeniously built the first second generation
computer in Asia (ISIJU) way back in 1966. Later shifted to the
field of Artificial Intelligence, his main area of work had been
pattern recognition and speech music processing and synthesis.
He is still active in his scientific and academic endevours.

Advance Computing (CDAC, Kolkata), Sangeet Research Academy
